土家药桐叶与台湾泡桐叶的鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的：为桐叶和台湾泡桐叶药材鉴别提供方法。方法：对桐叶和台湾泡桐叶进行药材性状鉴别、显微特征观察、薄层色谱鉴别。结果：桐叶上表面较光洁，捏之不粘手；台湾泡桐叶表面有较多的毛，捏之粘手。桐叶主脉表皮的分枝状非腺毛分枝2-20分枝，腺毛头部圆球形，薄壁细胞中含草酸钙方晶，海绵组织中含草酸钙簇晶；台湾泡桐叶主脉表皮的分枝状非腺毛2—4分枝，腺毛头部倒圆锥形，薄壁细胞中含草酸钙方形、长方形晶体。桐叶含有齐墩酸酸和熊果酸成分，台湾泡桐叶含有熊果酸成分。结论：本研究结果可以作为桐叶和台湾泡桐叶的鉴别方法。Objective ：To provide a method for the identification of Tongye and Paotongye Taiwan. Methods ： The characters of Tongye and Paotongye Taiwan were identified by means of character identification, microscopic ob- servation and TLC identification. Results ： Tongye on the surface is smooth, pinch of non stick hand ; Paotongye Taiwan surface has more hair, knead the sticky hand. Tongye main vein epidermal branched non glandular hairs branched 2 -20 branching, glandular head spherical, crystalline calcium oxalate containing parenchyma cells, containing clusters of calcium oxalate crystal sponge tissue; Taiwan Paotongye main veins epidermal branched non glandular hairs 2 -4 branching, glandular head obconic, containing calcium oxalate crystals in the square, rectangular parenchyma cells. Tongye contains oleanolic acid and ursolic acid components, Taiwan Paotongye containing ursolic acid composition. Conclusion ： The results of this study can be used as a method for the identi-fication of Tongye and Taiwan Paotongye.
