摘 要:目的分析研究生对导师指导各方面情况的满意度,为提高导师指导水平、提升研究生培养质量等提供借鉴。方法应用自制问卷,调查已进入课题研究阶段的二、三年级研究生对自己所在院系导师的道德修养、学术水平、指导水平、指导时间(频率)和关心程度的看法,按照1~4分满意度逐渐增高的顺序打分。结果共发放问卷268份,回收有效问卷241份,应用SPSS 16.0软件分析,显示研究生总体对导师5个方面指导情况的平均值为3.67±0.587。方差分析结果表明研究生对导师5个方面满意度比较有统计学差异(t=3.027,P〈0.001),SNK检验显示道德修养得分(3.81)高于其他4项。三年级研究生对导师道德修养的满意度评价(3.84)高于二年级(3.77);研究生对硕导道德修养、指导频率和关心程度的满意度(3.87、3.75、3.77)均高于博导(3.77、3.62、3.65);对自己导师学术水平、道德修养、指导频率、指导水平和关心程度的满意度(3.94、3.96、3.89、3.92、3.89)均高于其他导师(3.77、3.79、3.62、3.68、3.64)。结论研究生对导师总体满意度较高,要重视研究生对导师指导情况的反馈意见,着力提升导师指导水平,制定符合研究生需求的管理政策。Objective To analyze the satisfactions of graduate students with the tutors on various aspects, to put preference for promoting the guidance level of the tutors and advancing the cultivation quality. Methods Using self - made questionnaires, the second and third year graduate students who had entered the stage of research in all departments in our university were surveyed on their satisfaction with their familiar tutors in their own units on aspects of morality, academic levels, guidance levels, guidance time (frequency) and concern for the graduate students. Results 268 questionnaires were given out and 241 effectively recalled statistical software package - SPSS 16.0. analyzed that the average value of the 5 aspects was 3.67 _+0.587, and the results of the variance a- nalysis showed statistical significance in the comparison of the 5 aspects ( t = 3. 027, P 〈 0. 001 ) and further SNK test showed that the score of morality (3.81) was high than the others. The satisfaction of the third -year students with the morality (3.84) of the tutors was higher than that of the second - year ones ( 3.77 ) ; the satisfactions on morality, guidance time (frequency) and concern for the graduate students ( 3.87, 3.75, 3.77 ) with the Master Advisor were higher than those with the doctoral advisor(3.77, 3.62, 3.65 ) ; the satisfaction with their own tutors on the 5 aspects(3.94, 3.96, 3.89, 3.92, 3.89) were all higher than those with the others (3.77,3.79,3.62, 3.68,3.64). Conclusion The satisfaction of the graduates with the tutors is generally better. The feedbacks of the graduate students about the guidance of the tutors should be paid attention to in order to advance the guidance level of the tutors and make management policy in accord with the needs of the graduate students.
