摘　　要：大力推进工会工作法治化建设,是实现全面推进依法治国总目标的必然要求,与坚持群众化、民主化完全一致。为创新民主监督形式,扩大民主参与渠道,新疆医科大学第一附属医院(以下简称"新医大一附院")成立"医院管理民主监督委员会"(以下简称"民监会")。作为新疆创新设立的第一家,成立五年多以来不仅是医院民主管理的一项新举措,为切实保持和增强党的群团工作及组织的政治性、先进性、群众性发挥积极作用。Vigorously promote the legalization of trade union work is an inevitable requirement to achieve comprehensively promoting the overall goal of law - based governance, and it is completely consistent with adhering to the mass and democratization. First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University （ hereinafter referred to as ＂First Affiliated Hospital of XMU＂ ） established the ＂Democratic Supervision Committee of Hospital Management＂ （hereinafter referred to as ＂the CICC＂） for the innovation of democratic supervision forms and the expansion of channels for democratic participation. As the first innovative committee set up in Xinjiang since five years ago, it is not only a new democratic management of hospital, but also plays a positive role in effectively maintaining and enhancing the work of the mass organization of party and a political, advanced and mass organization.
