摘　　要：针对战略后方基地机动卫勤力量建设、训练、管理中存在的力量类型和保障方式单一,抽组方式及配套标准固化,训演组织模式单一,能力素质存在短板,信息化程度还不高等矛盾问题,结合训练演习工作实践,从训练演练、战场能力、信息化建设、模块化设计等方面提出加强机动卫勤分队实战能力的措施,并立足战略后方基地实际,提出加强卫勤保障能力建设的建议。According to the contradictions and problems of the establishment, training and management of mobile medical force of the strategic rear base, such as monotonous power type and guarantee mode, invariable composition and standard, defective capability, modest level of informatization. Based on training exercises and practices, this paper put forward suggestions on how to enhance the actual combat of mobile medical force of the strategic rear base from aspects of training, battlefield capacity, informatization and modularization, suggesting to strengthen the construction of medical service support ability from the reality of strategic rear base.
