限项申请政策对科技项目申报管理的影响

摘　　要：在国家科技利好政策的影响下,高校附属医院从事科学研究及申请科研基金的人员越来越多。逐年递增的项目申请量与目前很多渠道的科技项目实行限项申请的矛盾日渐突出。系统地分析限项申请政策对医院申报推荐科技项目产生的影响,并就限项申请政策医院所采取的应对措施作出详细介绍,最终实现保持稳定的科研成绩。Under the influence of the national science and technology policy, more and more people who worked in the affiliated hospitals of university are engaged in scientific research, and application of scientific research fund. The contradiction between increasing number of application of projects and the current limited application policies is more and more intense. This article systematically analyzed the influence of limited application policy in applying for scientific research projects, and described the measures in detail, to eventually realize the stable scientific achievements.
