摘  要:目的通过对某院男护士职业获益感的调查,分析总结男护士的职业现况及其相关因素,为科学管理男护士团队提供依据。方法使用自制一般资料问卷和护士职业获益感量表对上海某三级甲等医院的男护士进行问卷调查,分析影响该院男护士职业获益感的因素。结果该院男护士职业获益感的平均得分为(140.46±17.24)分,与总分165分差距比较大,说明该院的男护士职业获益感较低,但其中工作科室、工作类型、婚姻状态和职业认同这四个单因素对该院男护士的职业获益感影响较大。结论该院男护士职业获益感较低,较低的职业获益感反映出男护士团队的不稳定性,医院及护理管理者应予以重视,针对性地采取措施,提高男护士的职业获益感,从而使男性护理团队健康稳定地发展。Objective Through the investigation of the professional benefit of male nurses in hospital, to analyze and summarize the occupational status of male nurses and the related factors, and provide a scientific basis for the management of male nurses. Methods Use self - made general data questionnaire and the nurses' occupa- tional benefit scale to survey male nurse in a major hospital in Shanghai, and analyze the influencing factors of the male nurse occupation benefit sense. Results The average score of male nurses' occupation benefit is ( 140.46 + 17.24) points, comparing with a total of I65 points, the gap is relatively large, This shows that the male nurses' occupational benefit is low, but the working department, job type, marital status and occupation identity have a great influence on the male nurses' occupational benefit. Conclusion The male nurse in the hospital has a lower professional benefit, which reflects the instability of the male nurse team. Hospital and nursing managers should pay attention and take appropriate measures to improve the occupation benefit of male nurses, so as to make a healthy and stable development of male nursing team.
