摘  要:以含氢硅油(PHMS)、1-十六碳烯(HDE)和烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯环氧聚醚(PGAGE)为原料,通过硅氢化加成反应,合成中间体长链烷基环氧聚醚硅油(PHP);再用N,N-二甲基乙二胺(DMEDA)对PHP进行胺解开环,合成一种季铵化长链烷基聚醚硅油(QPHPD),将QPHPD与氨基硅油(ASO-1-0.3)进行复配制得ASO-QPHPD硅乳。分别通过红外光谱、纳米粒度仪对QPHPD及其氨基硅乳进行了结构表征并测试其物化性能,并考察了ASO-QPHPD硅乳在织物上的应用性能。结果表明,当HDE与PGAGE摩尔比为7∶3、ASO-1-0.3和QPHPD质量比为6∶4、乳液用量为1.5%时,此时乳液整理的织物柔软性、滑感均有一定的提高且白度不变,并具有较好的耐洗性。Using hydrogen silicone oil (PHMS), hexadecene (HDE) and polyalkylene glycol allyl glycidyl ethe (PGAGE) as raw materials, through silicon hydrogenation addition, long chain alkyl epoxy middle polyether silicone oil (PHP) was compounded. With midation and ring opening of PHP using unsym-dimetbylethylenediamine (DMEDA), a quaternary ammonium and long chain alkyl polyether silicone oil (QPHPD) was compounded. ASO- QPHPD was obtained by the compounding of QPHPD and the amino silicone oil (ASO-1-0.3). The chemical structure of QPHPD and amino silicone emulsion were characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy and nan-oparticle size analyzer, and the physical and chemical peoperties were tested. And application performance of ASO-QPHPD silicon emulsion on fabrics was examined. The results show that when the mole ratio of HDE and PGAGE is 7:3, the mass ratio of ASO-1-0.3 and QPHPD is 6:4, the dosage of emulsion is 1.5%, fabric finished by ASO-QPHPD has a good sense of softness and smooth with good washability, and the whiteness is the same.
