摘 要:硫及其硫酸盐对铝土矿的溶出工艺存在不利的影响,针对河南某高硫铝土矿进行反浮选脱硫试验,为下一步氧化铝的生产提供合格产品。以碳酸钠为p H值调整剂,新型药剂SNS为抑制剂,硫酸铜为活化剂,丁基黄药为捕收剂,通过单因素条件试验,一次选矿取得了硫精矿中硫品位为5.5%,硫精矿产率为18.69%,脱硫率为83.52%,铝精矿含硫量为0.25%的试验指标。当原矿硫品位为1.53%时,工业生产调试取得了脱硫率84.98%,硫精矿硫品位30.39%的指标。实现了无尾矿生产,对于资源综合利用和保护环境具有重要的意义。The reverse flotation desulfurization of high-sulfur bauxite in Henan had been studied to providequalified materials for alumina production, as the sulfur and sulfate in bauxite have adverse effects on disposmg process. Using sodium carbonate as pH regulators, SNS as depressants, copper sulfate as activators butyl xanthate as collector, roughing experiments were conducted. The tailings sulfur content was 5.5 % , tailings yield was 18.69% , sulfur removal rat was 83.52% , and concentrate sulfur content was 0. 25%. The index of industrial test showed that when ore sulfur contents was 1.53% ,sulfur removal rat was 84. 98%, and tailing sulfur content was 30. 39%. The realization of the mine without tailings is of great significance of comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental protection.
