摘 要:为了优化磨矿操作,缓解锡石过磨和硫化矿欠磨的矛盾,研究了入磨粒度、磨矿时间及磨矿浓度三个因素对磨矿产物中各个粒级产率、金属分布率的影响规律。结果表明,入磨粒度对磨矿效果影响明显,比较-2 mm和-3 mm两个入磨粒度,-2 mm的磨矿效果较好;随着磨矿时间的增加,磨矿产物中不同金属锡、锌、铅、铁的分布率变化规律大致相似,即粗粒级中锡、锌、铅、铁的金属分布率减小,细粒级金属分布率增大;磨矿浓度从50%增大到75%时,磨矿效果逐渐改善,磨矿浓度超过75%后,磨矿效果变差。入磨粒度为-2 mm,磨矿时间为4~6 min,磨矿浓度为75%时,有效缓解了锡石过磨和硫化矿欠磨的矛盾,磨矿效果较好。In order to optimize the grinding operations and relieve the contradiction between over grinding of cassiterite and deficient grinding of sulphide ore, the influence of the parameters such as grinding feed size, grinding time and grinding concentration on the size fraction yield and the metal distribution were studied in this paper. The results show that the grinding feed size has important influence on grinding effect. Compared with -2 mm and -3 mm, -2 mm feed size is good to grinding. Different metal distribution variations is mainly Similar following the grinding time. The metal distributions of Sn, Zn, Pb, Fe of coarse size fraction reduces and the metal distribution of small size fraction raises with increasing the grinding time. The grinding effect is gradually improved when the grinding concentration is varied from 50% to 75%. After 75%, the grinding effect will deteriorate. It is that the contradiction between the over grinding of cassiterite and the deficient grinding of sulphide ore is relieved effectively and the grinding effect is better than other conditions in the conditions of the grinding feed size - 2 mm, the grinding time 4 -6 min and the grinding concentration 75%.
