摘 要:某选矿厂高硫锡粗精矿采用硫酸活化后进行脱硫浮选,存在活化效果不佳而导致硫脱除不干净以及设备腐蚀、环境等问题。针对该现状,对高硫锡粗精矿进行了新型活化剂FS脱硫试验研究,当锡粗精矿含硫21.63%时,经过"一次粗选、两次扫选和一次精选"的闭路流程,可获得含硫36.08%、回收率98.04%的硫精矿,锡在硫精矿的损失率仅为4.38%,尾矿(锡精矿)含硫仅1.03%。与硫酸活化相比,FS新型活化剂具有活化后浮选速率快、脱硫硫精矿回收率高,对现场设备设施腐蚀度低,不产生有毒有害气体等优点。After a concentrator flotation desulfurization of high-sulfur crude tin concentrate using sulfuric acid activation, resulting in the presence of activated ineffective sulfur removal is not clean as well as equipment corrosion and environmental issues. Against the status quo of high-sulfur crude tin concentrate is a new experimental study activator FS desulphurization, when the tin concentrate sulfur crude at 21.63 % , after the process of one roughing, one cleaning and two scavenging, the closed circuit obtained sulfur 36.08%, 98.04% recovery rate of sulfur concentrate, tin concentrate sulfur in the loss rate of 4. 38% , railings (tin ore) is only 1.03% sulfur. Compared with the activation of sulfuric acid, FS has a novel activator upon activation flotation speed, high desulfurization sulfur concentrate recovery, on-site equipment and facilities corrosion is low, it does not produce poisonous gases and other advantages.
