自拟中药益气养血补肾方治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟中药益气养血补肾方治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床疗效。方法将104例系统性红斑狼疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组52例,对照组给予激素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟益气养血补肾方剂治疗,2组均治疗6个月;记录2组治疗前后临床症状体征变化、免疫学指标转阴、免疫球蛋白、补体、C反应蛋白、血沉及生活质量情况。结果治疗结束后,观察组临床症状体征中发热、肌肉痛、关节痛、脱发改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05),抗核抗体(ANA)、抗双链脱氧核糖核酸抗体(抗ds-DNA)转阴率均高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后血清Ig G、Ig A、Ig M和C反应蛋白水平、血沉均明显下降(P均<0.05),血清补体C3、C4水平升高(P均<0.05),且观察组上述指标改善情况均优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后生活质量(SF-36量表)评分中各单项及总分均显著改善(P均<0.05),且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未发现严重药物反应情况。结论自拟中药益气养血补肾方治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效显著,能够显著调节患者的体液免疫功能,抑制免疫炎性反应,提高患者的生活质量,且安全。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangxue Bushen Decoction（YYBD） in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods One hundred and four patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 52 cases in each groups. The patients were treated with hormone therapy in the control group,and with YYBD based on the treatment of the control group in the observation group,all patients were treated for 6 months; and the changes of clinical symptoms and signs,negative immunological indexes of immunoglobulin and complement C,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and quality of life before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed in the two group. Results After treatment,the improvements of clinical signs and symptoms as fever,muscle pain,joint pain,hair loss in patients of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group（all P〈0. 05）,the negative rates of antinuclear antibody（ANA）,anti double stranded deoxyribo nucleic acid antibodies（anti dsDNA） were higher than those of the control group（all P〈0. 05）; the serum levels of Ig G,Ig A,Ig M and C reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate were decreased significantly in the two groups（P〈0. 05）,and the levels of serum C3 and C4were significantly increased（all P〈0. 05）,and the improvement of the above indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（all P〈0. 05）; the individual and total score of the quality of life scale（SF-36）were significantly improved in the two group（all P〈0. 05）,and the scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control group（all P〈0. 05）. There was no serious drug reactions during the treatment in the two groups.
