《组织部新来的青年人》中“官僚主义”的再思考

摘　　要：《组织部新来的青年人》中的刘世吾与官僚主义的表层特征有诸多不合,他不是一般意义上的官僚主义者,而是一个深谙权谋的权术玩得纯熟的干练官僚。刘世吾用权术手段收服了韩常新,在与林震的交往中也使用了恩威并施的权谋手段,并利用林震与赵慧文的关系威胁林震。工作中,刘世吾的能力异化为一种捕捉上司意图的能力,这成为其工作的中心内容与动力。刘世吾性格形成的原因在于中国传统社会中官场权谋文化的浸染。In the novel ＂Newcomer in Organization Department＂,Liu Shiwu seems not a typical bureaucrat. In fact,he has a deep understanding of political tactics and is skilled at playing at it in dealing with his relationship with his colleges and his superior. He is more capable of fathoming out his superior＇s intention than doing work itself. Such character is shaped under the influence of the culture of political tactics in traditional Chinese society.
