摘　　要：为提高梳理质量,剥棉效率一直为纺织业界关注。剥棉效率降低,纤维绕主锡林的再循环次数增加,会出现棉网质量降低、棉结含量增加、纤维断裂增加等问题,提出一种新的道夫工作理念,强调在锡林—道夫转移效率中道夫针布齿条内的纤维损失所起的作用,而采用这种新型道夫针布,可避免纤维损失。新型道夫针布依据新原理制造,已申请专利,并通过试验验证其具有优良的纤维握持能力。这种新型针布对纤维长度和精纺梳毛工艺落毛的影响问题已有所报道,仅讨论不同于羊毛分梳的棉纤维梳理过程;并指出由于工作辊针布的工作原理与道夫针布相似,故新型针布也可用于工作辊针布。The textile industry has long been aware of the importance of the efficiency of doffing for the quality of carding.As the efficiency of doffing decreases the recycling of fibre around the main cylinder increases,which can cause problems such as lower web quality,greater nep content,or increased fibre breakage.A new philosophy of doffer operation is presented that highlights the role of the fibre loss from the teeth of the doffer on the efficiency of cylinder-doffer transfer.The fibre loss can be prevented by adopting a new profile for the doffer wire.The dof- fer wire was manufactured incorporating the new principle, which has been patented, and tests confirmed as superior capacity to retain fibre hooked around the pins. The effect of this new wire on fibre length and noil for worsted carding is reported and the implications for the carding of fibres other than wool are briefly discussed about.The extent to which worker wires operate like doffers means that the new profile could also be used as a worker wire.
