摘　　要：为了提高罗拉加压力的一致性,对圆柱螺旋弹簧加压摇架、板簧加压摇架、整体气囊加压摇架、独立气囊加压摇架和SCP2系列气缸加压摇架等五大类型牵伸摇架的结构特点和性能进行对比,重点阐述SCP2系列气缸加压摇架分类、结构及特点,分析了其加压气缸、锁紧组件、固紧组件、压力调整、胶辊握持、牵伸系统智能化等的创新点。说明:SCP2系列气缸加压摇架压力稳定、锭差小、胶辊三线平行度好、前中后三路独立供气;胶辊直径差异自适应能力强;智能控制系统可实现分区集体调压和无级调压,使压力调整、控制、调用方便;可实现低压力、低能耗纺纱。To ensure the consistency of roller pressure,comparison is done to the five main top cradles such as the cylindrical spiral spring top cradle, plate spring top cradle, integrated air-bag top cradle, isolated air-bag top cradle and cylindrical top cradle SCP2 series regarding their drafting structure and performance. Highlight is given to the classification, structure, and the features of the cylindrical top cradle.The innovated points are listed with the cylinder, locking assembly, fastening assembly, pressure adjustment, roller holding, intelligent drafting system.It porves that cylindrical top cradle SCP2 series is of stable pressure,small spindle deviation and good parallel degree of the three lines of the cots.Air supply is isolated in three lines for the top cradles in the front, middle and rear locations.The good adaptive ability is with the roller diameter difference.The intelligent control system can realize the partition or collective stepless pres- sure adjustment making easy in pressure adjustment and control, consequently realizing spin- ning production with low spinning pressure and low energy consumption.
