摘  要:随着卫生事业改革的不断深入,医院将面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。医院要遵循公益性质和社会效益原则,医院的运营管理越来越多地受到社会各界的关注。综合医院运行模式具有复杂性,决定了医院薪酬分配是一项复杂的系统工程。科学合理的薪酬分配办法能调动广大医务人员积极性,鼓励积极诊治病人,提高医疗质量,改善服务水平,提高医疗效率,节约运行成本,不断开展新技术新业务。本文以Y医院为例,针对Y医院的具体情况,对绩效的计划、实施、考核以及沟通与反馈等阶段逐一分析和深入实践,建立医院绩效管理系统,将医院分为五大模块,分别实行不同绩效分配方案,有效加强医院内部管理和内涵建设,提升医院核心竞争力,建立积极有效的内部运营机制,对Y医院今后的绩效管理起到一定借鉴作用。With the increasingly deepening of health reform, hospitals face with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. It is necessary for hospitals to observe the principles of nonprofit nature and social benefit, and the operation and management of hospitals are more and more noticed by all circles of the societies. The complexity of the operating mode of general hospital determines that the salary distribution of hospitals is complicated system engineering. Scientific and reasonable salary distribution can mobilize the en- thusiasm of vast medical workers to provide diagnosis and treatment services to patients in an active way, to improve medical quality, service level and medical efficiency and save operating cost and constantly develop new technologies and new business. By taking Y hospital as the example, and aiming at the specific conditions of Y hospital, this article conducted individual analysis and in-depth practice to stages such as performance planning, implementing, assessing, communicating and reflecting, tO establish hospital performance management system, and implement different performance distribution plans by dividing hospital as five major modules, to effectively strengthen hospital internal management and connotation construction, and promote the core competitiveness of hospital, and establish active and effective internal operation mechanism, to play a role of reference for the performance management of Y hospital in the future.
