摘　　要：下法是温病的重要治法之一,本文对《温病条辨》温病下法的学术思想进行了深入探讨,从吴鞠通如何在温病阳明腑实证灵活运用三承气汤证、创新五个承气汤的临床运用,以及强调应该慎用下法等方面进行论述,指出吴氏有关温病下法的学术思想对于温病临床有重要的指导意义。The purgative method is one of the most important therapies in febrile diseases. The academic thought of purgative method in Febrile Disease Differentiation was discussed from following aspects： how to prescribe the Three Chengqi decoction in patient of excess syndrome of Yangmingfu organs by WU Jutong, the innovations of the Five Chengqi decoction in clinical practice, and the opinion of applying purgative method cautiously, which pointed out that the academic thought about purgative method is of great importance in the clinical application of febrile disease.
