麦粒灸对阿霉素心肌毒性心脏保护作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察麦粒灸对阿霉素心肌毒性的心脏保护作用。方法:将收治的乳腺癌患者68例随机分为试验组和对照组两组,试验组采用麦粒灸联合FAC化疗方案治疗,对照组仅采用FAC化疗方案。两组均经6个周期的化疗,分别观察两组发生心功能指标心肌激酶同工酶(CK-MB),心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnl)和利钠肽(BNP)及心电图出现异常的时间及例数。治疗结束后,经COX比例风险回归模型分析两组出现心脏毒性的风险。结果:试验组相对于对照组心功能指标异常的相对危险度RR为0.53(95%CI:0.312-0.901)。试验组相对于对照组心电图的相对危险度RR为0.341(95%CI:0.197-0.592)。结论:麦粒灸可以降低阿霉素化疗方案引起的心肌毒性的风险,可以在临床作为辅助方案配合含有阿霉素的化疗。Objective： To explore the cardio - protective effect of Grain - sized moxibustion on doxorubicin car- dio -toxicity. Methods ：68 patients diagnosed with breast cancer were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with Grain -sized moxibustion and the standard chemo- therapy of FAC. The control group was only treated with the standard chemotherapy of FAC. Both groups were treated for 6 periods. The cardio function indexes, such as CK - MB, cTnl, BNP and electrocardiogram, were detected during the periods. The quantity of cases and the time of the abnormal level of the indexes were recor- ded. Cox＇ s proportional hazard regression model was used to investigate the risk between two groups. Results： The relative risk of cardio function indexes between the treatment group and the control group was 0.53 （95% CI：0. 312 - 0. 901 ）, and the relative risk of electrocardiogram between the treatment group and the control group was 0. 341 （95% CI：0. 197 -0. 592）. Conclusion： Grain- sized moxibustion can decrease the risk of doxorubicin cardio - toxicity.
