基于GoPubMed用生命质量评价针灸疗效的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:探索在PubMed收录的文献中,用生命质量这一患者报告结局的方法在针灸疗效评价中的应用状况。方法:应用GoPubMed检索针灸治疗和生命质量评价相关的文献。GoPubMed是基于文献资源的文本挖掘与分析系统,利用其统计功能,从出版年限、国家、城市、期刊、主题、作者及作者合作网络等方面检索应用生命质量评价针灸临床文献的可视化结果。结果:PubMed中共收录文献845篇,最近10年保持稳定增长的发展趋势,文献中高频词为适于的人群、针灸方法、结局评价以及病症。期刊主要分布在中国、英国、美国3个国家。结论:生命质量作为结局评价指标,适用于针灸治疗的病症,可以方便、快捷的用来评价针灸的疗效。Objective：To explore the application of the method of evaluating the outcome of the patients with the quality of life in the literature of PubMed. Methods：Retrieve the literature related to acupuncture treatment and quality of life evaluation by GoPubMed. GoPubMed was a text mining and analysis system of literature re- sources based on the statistics. Retrieve the acupuncture clinical literature on life quality in order to get visual- ized results from the publication years, countries, cities, journals, subjects, authors, author collaborative net- work, etc. Results：PubMed included 845 papers, and it kept a stably increased trend in recent decade; the lit- erature was mainly concerned about the population, acupuncture methods, outcome evaluation, as well as the diseases. The journal was mainly distributed in China, Britain and the United States. Conclusion：According to the quality of life as the outcome assessment indexes, it is suitable for the acupuncture to treat diseases, and it can assess the efficacy of acupuncture conveniently and quickly.
