摘　　要：卫生适宜技术是指医疗卫生成果中适用面广、可用性强,易为农村、基层卫生医疗机构接受的医疗卫生新技术、新方法和新产品等。针对农村防治疾病工作中存在的问题,将已有的卫生适宜技术向农村医疗卫生机构推广应用并进行评价具有重要意义。国外有关卫生适宜技术的推广研究,尤其是针对偏远农村地区的技术推广应用为我们提供了参考依据,但对大面积的卫生适宜技术推广应用的综合评价未见报道。国内近年来在农村公共卫生卫生适宜技术推广应用方面进行了一些试点性研究,取得了一些成果和经验,但对技术推广应用的效果评估未见较系统全面的研究,因此从卫生适宜技术推广应用等方面综合评价为着力点,研究卫生适宜技术推广应用的长效机制十分重要。Appropriate health technology are new medical techniques,new methods and new products which are widely applicable,available,and can be easily utilized in rural grass-roots health institutions.For the sake of disease prevention and treatment in rural areas,it exerts significant importance to promote and apply the existing appropriate health technology to rural areas.Foreign researches on the generalization of the technology,especially in remote rural areas,provide references for the work in China.However the comprehensive evaluation of a wide promotion and application has not been reported.Recently,domestic researchers have also had some achievements and experiences in promotion and application of the technology in rural public health.Nevertheless,a systematic and comprehensive research on the effect evaluation of it is still urgently needed,because it is also important for the long-term mechanism for the promotion and application of appropriate health technology.
