摘 要:通过对连云港港航疏浚海淤和河道整治河淤的化学成分、矿物成分、颗粒级配特征及烧成试验的对比研究,旨在了解淤泥的特征差异对于烧土制品制备工艺的影响。结果表明:在原料准备环节,同当地的河淤相比,连云港的海淤颗粒细,干燥慢,干燥收缩大,制坯时原料含水率高;在制品制备环节,成型时需要经过均化练泥处理;在制品烧成环节,连云港的海淤细颗粒级配决定其升温速度宜慢,高易熔组分决定了其烧成温度低,烧成时间短,烧成阶段速度宜快。Through contrast research of chemical component, mineral composition, grain size distribution characteristics and burning test between ooze and river silt of port and waterway dredging in Lianyungang, the paper is aim to know the effect of the characteristics difference between ooze and river silt on making process of burning soil products. The results show that in process of raw material preparation, compared with local river silt, Lianyungang ooze processes fine grain, slow drying, high drying shrinkage, high moisture content in green product raw material; and in preparation of products, homogenization of raw material is necessary when molding; and in the period of firing, fine grain size distribution of ooze in Lianyungang lead to the slow heating speed, high fusible components to its low sintering temperature, short sintering time and fast burning in sintering stage.
