摘  要:LC-SLURRY渣油悬浮床加氢裂化技术是Chevron Lummus全球公司尚在开发中的一项技术,目前示范装置尚未建成运行。LC-SLURRY的核心技术包括悬浮床反应器、ISOSLURRY悬浮床催化剂以及废催化剂的脱油回收和回收金属。1bbl/d试验装置的运行结果表明,LC-SLURRY悬浮床加氢裂化转化率高,运行周期长,产品收率、产品分布和质量方面均表现良好。可以认为,LC-SLURRY渣油悬浮床加氢裂化技术的开发工作是深入、全面、细致的,结果是相对可信可靠的,Chevron Lummus全球公司开发中的这项技术应该会优于其他公司的同类技术。我国自主创新开发的渣油沸腾床加氢裂化和悬浮床加氢裂化技术都在进行中,参照国外的经验,包括长周期运行、核心技术、可能出现的问题、技术的可靠性可行性等方面都需要我们认真思考。The LC- SLURRY residual oil suspended bed hydrocracking technology is a technology still under development by Chevron Lummus Global and no demonstration plant has been in place. At the heart of the LC- SLURRY technology are a suspended bed reactor, ISOSLURRY suspended bed catalyst and the recovery of deoiled waste catalyst and metals. The operation of a 1bbl/d experimental unit shows that the LC- SLURRY suspended bed has high hydrocracking conversion rate and long cycle of operation and per-forms well in meeting the standards such as production yield, product distribution and product quality. It can be concluded that the development of the LC- SLURRY residual oil suspended bed hydrocracking technology has been intensive, comprehensive and meticulous and that the results are relatively reliable. This technology, which is still being developed by Chevron Lummus Global, should be superior to the technologies of the same kind being developed by other companies. Chinese companies are developing their own novel residual oil boiling bed hydrocracking and suspended bed hydrocracking technology. Based on foreign experience, many aspects, such as long- cycle operation, core technology, problems that may pop up and the reliability and feasibility of technology, should be carefully considered.
