摘 要:采用大气模拟试验台架进行了高原环境下柴油机燃用柴油0#和添加无灰助燃剂燃油1#的外特性和负荷特性试验,考察了新型无灰助燃添加剂对柴油机高原动力性、经济性、燃烧和排放性的影响。结果表明,在发动机不作任何调整的情况下,与燃用0#柴油相比较,燃用柴油1#时发动机功率平均升高3.21%;燃油消耗率有所降低,外特性和负荷特性试验分别平均降低1.76%、2.68%;气缸压力、压力升高率和放热率峰值分别提高了5.10%、5.14%、7.49%,缸压峰值出现位置变化不大,压力升高率峰值和放热率峰值出现位置前移1~2°CA;滞燃期缩短,燃烧持续期延长;CO、HC和碳烟排放显著降低,NO_x排放有所增加。By using an atmosphere simulation test platform,the external and load characteristic experiments of diesel engine at plateau environment were carried out with 0# and 1# as fuel to study the effects of newly ashless combustion supporting additive on the power,fuel economy,combustion characteristics and exhaust gas emission of engine.Fuel 1# was the fuel 0# with the addition of newly ashless combustion supporting additive.The results indicated that in comparison to fuelled with 0#,when the engine fuelled with 1#,the engine power was increased by 3.21%,the specific fuel consumption was decreased by the average of 1.76% and 2.68%,respectively,in the external and load characteristic experiment with the increases of maximum cylinder pressure,pressure increase rate and heat release rate for 5.10%,5.14%,7.49%.The corresponding position of the maximum cylinder pressure had little change,while the corresponding positions of the pressure increase rate and heat release were advanced by 1-2°CA.The ignition delay period decreased and the combustion duration increased.CO,HC and soot emissions decreased obviously,while NO_x emission increased slightly.
