摘 要:温度滴定作为一种新的容量分析方法,对于快速、准确测定石油产品的理化性能指标具有重要的实际意义。选取2,2-甲氧基丙烷为滴定剂,环己烷和异丙醇混合作为滴定溶剂,用甲烷磺酸作为催化剂,采用温度滴定方法测定航空油品的水分含量。通过优化滴定剂浓度、滴定速率、油品用量等实验条件参数,得出油样用量为4~14g、滴定剂浓度为1.0mol/L、滴定速率为0.5mL/min。在此条件下,水含量测定结果的准确度和重复性较好,线性回归系数R为0.9995,能够实现航空油品水含量的快速准确测定。Thermometric titration technique as a new method for capacity analysis has important practical significance for quick and accurate determination of oil's physical and chemical performance. Water content in aviation oil was determined by thermometric titration with 2,2-dimethoxypropane as the titrant,cyclohexane and isopropanol as solvent titration,methane sulfonic acid as catalyst.The amount of sample,titrant concentration and the titration speed were optimized.Under the optimal conditions of 4-14 g sample,1.0 mol/L titrant concentration,0.5mL/min titration speed the reliability and accuracy of the results were verified with the regression analysis R of 0.9995.The water in aviation oils could be rapidly and accurately determined by thermometric titration.
