摘　　要：瑶医对养老养生的认识,"中道"即"中庸",也是"养生之道",就是执中守衡、盈亏平衡的意思。瑶族养生养老文化以其丰富、独特、完整内涵赢得世人的称赞,文章将从养生理论、养生技法、传统习俗及养生养老产业发展等方面阐述瑶族养生养老资源现状。For Yao doctors＇ understanding of health preserving,＂Zhong Dao＂is ＂Mean＂,＂a good way of keeping health＂,i.e.the break-even state of physical conditions. The health preserving culture of Yao Minority has been praised for its rich, unique and complete connotation.In this paper.the current situation of health preserving resources of Yao people was elucidated in terms of the theory and techniques of health preserving.Waditional customs, and the development of the health preserving industry.
