摘  要:目的:探讨大鼠心肌梗死后细胞因子白细胞介素-17的表达。方法:建立大鼠心肌梗死模型,超声心动图检测模型是否构建成功,术后5,6,7,8周后取心脏,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测大鼠心脏组织白细胞介素-17的表达。结果:造模成功率为65%,与对照组相比,AMI大鼠心肌组织中白细胞介素-17含量增高,在7周时表达量最高,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:白细胞介素-17的表达逐渐增高,从一定程度上提示可能与心肌梗死后心室重构有关,为进一步研究提供了依据。Objective: To evaluate expression of interleukin-17 in the myocardium after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in rats. Methods: To establish a rat myocardial infarction model, echocardiogram was used to test whether the AMI models were achieved. Myocardium was detected after five weeks, six weeks, seven weeks and eight weeks later after operation. The expression of interleukin-17 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results: The success rate was 65%. The expression of interleukin-17 was higher in the AMI rats than the sham group(P〈0.05). At the end of the seventh week, the level of interleukin-17 reached to the highest expression, which is statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusions: The gradual increase of the expression of interleukin-17 may be related to the ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction, which can offer basis for further research.
