摘 要:已有风电自动发电控制系统无法主动参与电网频率及联络线潮流的调整,不满足电网实际运行的需要。结合内蒙古电网风电运行现状,提出基于风火优化的风电自动发电控制系统。分析了在A1、A2考核标准下火电AGC机组指令的产生过程。针对电网运行中负荷平段和爬坡段分别制定了风电辅助调整和智能开放两种风电自动控制策略,利用风电出力调节速率大的特性辅助火电AGC机组调整联络线潮流,以保证风电最大化接纳。该风电自动发电控制系统在内蒙古电网投运后,经济效益和社会效益良好,为电网提高风电接纳能力提供了有效的技术支持。The existing wind power automatic generation control system had no way to actively regulate power system frequency and tie line power flow,which could not meet the actual power grid operation.Combing with the current operation situation of Inner Mongolia power grid's wind power,the author put forward a wind power AGC system based on wind power and thermal power joint optimization.The generating process of the thermal electricity unit's AGC orders was analyzed under standard A1 and A2.For the power load's horizontal and climbing sections,two kinds of wind power AGC strategies as wind power aided adjustment and intelligent generating were proposed,which took advantage of wind power' s fast rate to assist the fire electricity units to regulate the tie line flow,and ensured the maximum of wind power's load.The wind power AGC system based on the strategies had been put into operation in Inner Mongolia power grid,and achieved good economic benefits.The system provided the effective technical support for improving the grid' s adopt capacity for wind power,and for promoting the healthy and orderly development of the wind power.
