摘  要:根据220 kV强制油循环风冷变压器风冷系统控制特点,在确保主变压器正常运行的前提下,实施风冷控制系统故障处理难度较大。对此建议在变电站站用电系统正常、主变压器风冷控制系统发生故障、主变压器冷却器全停的情况下,利用风冷系统应急电源快速恢复主变压器风冷系统运行,满足在主变压器不停电的情况下,实施风冷控制系统故障处理和冷却风机检修的工作需求。结合有关变压器运行规程要求和现场实际情况,提出风冷系统应急电源的功能、结构和工艺要求,并进行了试点应用,结果表明,采用该应急电源处理故障时可以大大提高工作效率,降低人力成本。According to the characteristics of cooling system of 220 kV forced oil circulation air cooled transformer,it was difficult to implement the fault treatment of air cooling control system.So proposed to rapidly recovery air cooling system of main transformer by emergency power supply of air cooling system,under the condition that the power supply system of the substation was normal,the main transformer air cooling control system failed,and the main transformer cooler stopped,met the needs of the main transformer in the absence of power failure,the implementation of air conditioning control system fault handling and cooling fan maintenance work needs.Presented the function,structure and technological requirements of emergency power supply for air cooling system,and carried on the pilot application.The results showed that the emergency power supply could greatly improve the work efficiency and reduce the labor costs.
