摘　　要：针对GW6型隔离开关因拐臂大轴生锈卡塞等原因导致小拉杆断裂故障,检修时拐臂大轴取出困难的问题,结合该型开关的结构特点,研制了GW6型隔离开关拐臂大轴取出器。利用该设备可以在不拆卸传动箱、引线等零部件情况下,将拐臂大轴取出,便于对缺陷进行处理,检修时间短、工作效率及安全性高。In the light of the problems that the crank arm large shaft was difficult to be taken out while the crank shaft repairing due to the small rod fracture on GW6 type isolation switch for crank shaft rust,combined with the structure characteristics of this type switch,the arm shaft removal device for GW6 type isolating switch was developed.The equipment could be used for processing the defects after removal the crank arm large shaft without removing the transmission case and the lead wires,the maintenance time was short,the work efficiency and safety were high.
