摘 要:实验研究平行于墙体的热薄型PMMA板的滴落行为,并进行理论分析。使用红外热成像仪记录滴落现象,使用电子秤记录样板质量。结果表明,随着材料与墙体的间距增大,滴落时间、滴落质量和滴落前后燃尽增长距离的数值均是先减小后增大,正面和背面的火焰高度差值逐渐减小,直至背面火焰高度超过正面,距离超过25 mm时间距的影响可以忽略。假设滴落行为与材料的表面净热通量、拉伸黏度以及熔化的PMMA所受到的重力有关。The dripping behavior of thermally thin PMMA parallel to the wall was experimentally analyzed,and theoretically analyzed.The dripping behavior was recorded by infrared thermal imaging instrument,and the mass was recorded by electronic scale.Results showed that,with the distance between the material and wall increases,the time of dripping,mass of dripping,burnt length difference of before and after dripping all firstly decrease,then increase;the flame height difference of front and back reduces,and the back flame height exceeded the front eventually;the influence of distance over 25 mm can be ignored.It was assumed that the dripping behavior is related to the surface net heat flux,extensional viscosity,and the weight of melt PMMA.
