摘 要:对聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯采用熔融插层法添加5%和10%的蒙脱土阻燃剂进行锥形量热仪实验,样品尺寸为100mm×100 mm×50 mm,实验在室温24℃、相对湿度60%、空气流量24L/s、热辐射功率35kW/m2下进行。分析实验结果并与未加阻燃剂的实验结果对比,得出添加阻燃剂后热释放速率都大大降低,其中含10%阻燃剂的样品的阻燃性能优于含5%阻燃剂的样品。取添加阻燃剂10%和5%的材料样进行阴燃实验,含有10%阻燃剂的材料阴燃过程中热量的传递历时很短就导致阴燃结束,而含有比例5%阻燃剂材料的阴燃过程出现了双峰值,说明阻燃剂比例不同在聚合物发生热解直至燃烧的过程中发挥阻燃作用的程度会有差异。The three common polymer materials,polystyrene,polypropylene,and polyvinyl,were produced by melt intercalated method which were added the 5% and 10% of montmorillonite flame retardant for Cone Calorimeter test.The experiments conditions were room temperature 24℃,relative humility 60%,air flow 24L/s,heat flux 35kW/m^2 and samples size 100mm×100 mm×50 mm.Compared the results with samples without flame retardant,the heat release rates of samples with flame retardant were greatly reduced.The flame retardant properties of samples with 10% flame retardant were better than the 5%.The smoldering material experiments were carried out by using the samples with 10% and 5% flame retardant.The results showed that the transfer period of smoldering heat of samples with 10% flame retardant was very short which led to smoldering end.The smoldering process of samples with 5% fire retardant had two peaks which showed that different flame retardant ratios would have different flame retardant effects degrees in the process of the polymer pyrolysis and combustion.
