摘　　要：介绍某公司厂房火灾事故的原因调查过程。通过对火灾现场勘查、调查走访、物证鉴定、模拟实验综合分析火灾蔓延过程和起火原因,排除人为放火、生产生活用火、雷击引发火灾的可能性,对三种可能的火灾原因进行分析,同证人证言构成完整的证据链,得出起火原因为喷枪的火焰引燃沟槽边的牛毛毡蔓延起火。总结此类火灾事故的灾害成因及调查体会。The investigation process of determining the cause of a fire accident in a factory building was introduced.By means of fire scene investigation,interviews,evidence identification and simulation experiment,the process of the fire spread and the cause of fire were analyzed comprehensively.Three kinds of possible fire causes were discussed after eliminating arson,productive and living activities and lightning.A thorough evidence chain with witness testimony was presented and the fire cause was that the felt on side of groove edge was ignited by spray gun fire.The causes of this kind of fire and investigation realization were summarized.
