摘  要:设计并加工了一种LED灯具的散热装置。该散热装置包括热传导单元和热吸收单元,其中,热吸收单元由蒸发器、蒸汽管路、液体管路和冷凝器等组成,蒸发器设有环路的蒸汽流出接口和液体流入接口,蒸汽管路和液体管路分别通过蒸发器的蒸汽流出接口和液体流入接口与冷凝器连接,形成闭合散热回路。此装置相较于传统的散热装置结构简单、气密性好,能够实现高热流密度下的安全运行,有效地解决了LED灯具的散热问题。A kind of heat radiating device for LED lamps is designed and machined.The radiating device comprises a heat transfer unit and the heat absorption unit.Among them,the heat absorption unit consists of an evaporator,a steam pipe,a liquid pipe and condenser.The evaporator is provided with a steam outflow interface and a liquid inflow interface.The steam pipeline and liquid pipeline are connected with the condenser respectively through the evaporator vapor outflow interface and liquid inflow interface,to form a closed cooling loop.Compared with the traditional heat radiating device,the device has simple structure and good air tightness,and can realize safe operation under high heat flux density.Thus the heat radiating problem of the LED lamp is effectively solved.
