摘　　要：社会工作作为一个实务性强的专业,它的理念、理论基础和结果导向与"服务—学习"教学模式具有一致性。借鉴美国"服务-学习"教学模式运行经验,中国社会工作教育者应该立足于资源整合视角,在社会工作专业教学中构建"服务-学习"教学模式,实现专业课程和实践教学的归置与改革,进而挖掘其本土化应用路径,推动社会工作专业人才成长为服务社会的中坚力量。Social work is a work are clearly accordance merican ＂service -learning＂ practical major, the core tenets, foundational ＂service-learning＂ pedagogy pedagogy. Learning , the paper proposes that the social learning model and innovate the major courses and practical teaching theories and result-oriented of social from the implement experience of A＇ work educators should frame service basing on the resources integration. Then the paper finds out the local approach of social work and making promotion social workers being hard core social service.
