摘 要:目的评价生物可吸收内固定材料在足踝部骨折治疗中的作用。方法2010年6月-2014年6月,76例足踝部骨折采用切开复位可吸收材料内固定进行手术内固定。其中男性47例,女性29例;年龄18-63岁,平均46.5岁。骨折部位:内踝骨折25例;跟骨骨折6例,跖骨骨折45例。结果随访12~49个月,平均22.4个月,骨折全部临床愈合;美国足踝医师协会 (American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society, AOFAS ) 评分从术前的平均(35.2±7.1)分提高到术后的平均(93.6±5.6)分。视觉模拟评分法 (visual analogue scale, VAS)评分由术前(7.3±2.1)分降到(1.2±1.1)分,优良率为96%,异物反应并发症发生率为4%。结论生物可吸收材料是治疗足踝部骨折的有效方法,正确选择适应证和手术操作是治疗成功的重要因素。Objective To evaluate the effects of absorbable implants in treatment of ankle and foot fractures. Methods A total of 76 patients with ankle and foot fractures were operated with absorbable implants between June 2010 and June 2014. There were 47 males and 29 females, with an average age of 46.5 years (18 to 63 years). There were 25 cases of ankle fractures, 6 cases of ealcaneal fractures and 45 cases of metatarsal fractures. Results All patients were followed up for 12 to 49 months, with an average of 22.4 months. All fractures were clinically healed. The American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score increased from ( 35.2±7.1 ) points before operation to (93.6±5.6) points after operation. The visual analogue scale (VAS) score decreased from (7.3 ±2. 1 ) points before operation to (1.2± 1.1) points after operation.The rate of excellent and good clinical results was 96%. The incidence of complications was 4%, all of which were foreign-body reactions. Conclusion The absorbable implant is suitable for ankle and foot fractures. Appropriate indication and operative procedure are important for the successful treatment.
