摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸机在外科ICU的临床应用管理方法。方法通过对呼吸机的结构、工作原理的阐述及对外科ICU呼吸机使用情况分析,阐明外科ICU呼吸机临床应用存在的问题。结果提出外科ICU呼吸机在临床应用管理的建议和具体措施,包括建立培训体系、定期维护检查、加强消毒管理等。结论可提高外科ICU呼吸机临床应用能力和临床应用安全性,降低患者使用呼吸机的感染等风险。Objective To discuss the clinical application management of ventilators in surgical ICU. Methods The structure and working mechanism of ventilators were introduced, and the situation of application of ventilators in surgical ICU was analyzed. The problems in clinical application of ventilators in surgical ICU were explored. Results The suggestions were put forward for the clinical application management of ventilators in surgical ICU, including the establishment of training system, regular maintenance and inspection, and enhancement of disinfection management. Conclusion The ability and safety of clinical application of ventilators in surgical ICU can be upgraded, and the risk of ventilator-associated infection can be reduced.
