摘　　要：本文主要就前列腺手术的分类、术后尿失禁发生情况及尿失禁管理研究现况进行综述,总结了不同康复手段对前列腺术后患者尿失禁症状改善的作用,并对我国前列腺术后患者尿失禁管理发展趋势进行归纳与展望,为临床健全尿失禁管理策略,改善患者生活质量提供参考依据。This review focuses on the classification of prostatectomy, incidence of postoperative incontinence and research status of incontinence management. The benefits of different means of rehabilitation for patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy are summarized, and the development of incontinence management after prostprostatectomy in China is introduced and prospected. The purpose of this review is to provide evidences for improving clinical incontinence management strategies and quality of life in patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy.
