摘　　要：报告1例扁平苔藓致假性阿洪病。患者女,25岁。因手部皮疹伴指(趾)甲脱落,左手拇指变细20年就诊。皮损组织病理检查:角化过度伴角化不全,颗粒层楔形增厚,真皮浅层单个核细胞苔藓样浸润。诊断:扁平苔藓致假性阿洪病。A case of pseudoainhum caused by lichen planus is reported. A 25-year-old female presented with plagues on the hands companied with loss of nails, and the left thumb became thinner for 20 years. Histopathologieal examination showed epidermal hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis, wedge-shaped thickened granular layer, lichenoid infiltrations of mononuclear cells in the superficial dermis. According to the clinical and histopathological manifestations,the diagnosis of pseudoainhum caused by lichen planus was made.
