摘 要:对掺加粉煤灰、双氧水含量不同的轻质微孔节能型混凝土砌块展开冻融循环试验(15、25、35及50次),根据得出的砌体强度损失率和质量损失率,研究粉煤灰、双氧水掺量的改变对轻质微孔节能型混凝土砌块抗冻性能的影响,对冻融循环后的导热系数进行测试,以找出一种能评价非烧结标准砖抗冻性能标准。通过掺加粉煤灰、双氧水含量不同的砌体强度损失率曲线及质量损失率曲线,得出掺加粉煤灰、双氧水含量不同的轻质微孔节能型混凝土砌块冻融破坏规律。根据相关试验分析,砌块抗冻性能随双氧水掺量、粉煤灰掺量的增加而相应提高。建议在不同地区根据砌块抗冻性能指标及其相关导热系数选用相应粉煤灰、双氧水掺量的轻质微孔节能型混凝土砌块。The article conducted freeze-thaw cycle experiment(15,25,35 and 50 times) to the lightweight microporous energysaving concrete brick of different dosage of fly ash and hydrogen peroxide. According to the conclusion of masonry strength loss and mass loss rate, studying the influence of change of the fly ash and hydrogen peroxide dosage on the antifreeze properties of lightweight microporous energy-saving concrete brick,to measure the coefficient of thermal conductivity after ffreeze-thaw cycle, in order to find out an evaluation criteria of non-sintered standard brick antifreeze performance. By different dosage of hydrogen peroxide,fly ash of masonry strength loss rate curve and mass loss curve,concluded the freeze-thaw damage rule of lightweight microporous energy-saving concrete brick of different dosage of fly ash,hydrogen peroxide. According to the experimental analysis,with the improvement of hydrogen peroxide and fly ash dosage, bricks antifreeze performance both increase. The article suggested to choosing lightweight microporous energy-saving concrete brick of appropriate dosage of fly ash and hydrogen peroxide according to the block antifreeze performance index and its related coefficient of thermal conductivity of different regions.
