摘 要:采用城市污泥和河道淤泥为原料,利用干法成型工艺制备了不同污泥含量的烧结砖。研究了原料的物理与化学性质,以及污泥种类(低温干化污泥和隔膜压滤污泥)、含水率、烧结温度和污泥掺量对污泥烧结砖的影响。污泥种类的影响较大,CaO含量过高容易引起砖体强度快速降低。原料含水率影响烧结砖的密度和强度,低温干化污泥含量10%原料的最优含水率为16%。污泥烧结砖的强度随着烧结温度的升高而增大,1000℃时污泥烧结砖强度最大。污泥含量越高,烧结砖强度越低,污泥砖符合MU30、MU20和MU10标准时的最大污泥掺量分别为17.4%、21.5%和24.9%。综上所述,通过原料和工艺的控制,成功制备了污泥掺量高达20%的污泥烧结砖,强度满足MU20的要求,可作承重砖使用,重金属熔融固化,展示了一种污泥大规模资源化利用的途径。The fired bricks with different sludge contents were prepared by dried shaping method using sewage sludge and river silt as raw materials. The physic and chemical properties of raw materials,influence of sewage sludge species (low temperature drying sewage sludge and membrane filter pressing sewage sludge),water content,sintering temperature arid mass fraction of sewage sludge on the fired bricks were studied. The influence of sewage sludge species is biggest,compressive strength of the bricks using sewage sludge with high CaO content decreases rapidly. The water content influences both density and compressive strength. The optimum water content of raw material with 10% low temperature drying sewage sludge is 16%. The compressive strength of sewage sludge bricks increases with the increasing of sirltering temperature,the bricks with good quality are sintered under the temperature of 1000 ℃. The compressive strength decreases with the increasing of sewage sludge content. The maximum content of the MU30, MU20 and MU10 bricks is 17.4%,21.5% and 24.9%,respectively. In summary,the bricks meet MU20 standard with sewage content as large as 20% are prepared by controlling of raw material and processing. The brick can be used as bear brick and the heavy metal in the sewage sludge melts and solidifies which suggest a way of sewage sludge utilization as resources in large scale.
