摘 要:目的:对江苏省不同法人治理模式下公立医院效率进行评价,以期得出相对较优的公立医院法人治理模式。方法:通过文献分析与专家咨询等方法筛选医院效率评价的投入、产出指标,运用DEA法对江苏省不同法人治理模式下的40家公立医院效率进行评价。结果:共有24家医院(60.00%)总体有效,其中10家为单一行政型模式下的医院,4家为行政分权型模式的医院,7家为理事会型模式的医院,3家董事会型模式的医院,分别占各模式医院的50.00%、66.67%、70.00%、75.00%。结论:不同法人治理模式下的医院效率不同且理事会型为最优,应积极推广理事会型法人治理模式,进一步深化公立医院法人治理改革。To evaluate the efficiency of public hospitals in different corporate governance models in Jiangsu Province. Meth- ods The input and output indicators to evaluate the efficiency of public hospitals were screened by literature analysis and expert consultation methods. The efficiency of 40 cases of public hospitals in different corporate governance modes was evaluated with DEA method. Results 60% of these sampled hospitals were overall effective. 10 cases of them were in single administrative-based model. 4 of them were in decentralized administrative models. 7 of them were in council mode. And 3 of them were in mode of board of directors. Conclusion The highest efficiency was in the mode of board of directors ,which needs to be actively popularized to deep- en the reform on coroorate governance in oublic hosoitals.
