摘 要:通过对电流型控制单电感双输出(single-inductor dual-output,SIDO)Buck变换器工作原理的描述,推导了三个电感电流边界,建立了电流型控制SIDO Buck变换器的离散迭代映射模型。采用分岔图和李雅普诺夫指数,分析了以输入电压和输出电压为变化参数的分岔行为。通过稳定性分析,得到了电流型控制SIDO Buck变换器从稳定的周期1工作状态到不稳定工作状态,从电感电流连续导电模式到断续导电模式转移的分界线方程,并利用参数空间映射图对变换器的工作状态域进行了估计。研究结果表明:随着电路参数变化,电流型控制SIDO Buck变换器发生了倍周期分岔和混沌,且运行轨道与三个边界碰撞后产生不同的分岔路由,包括周期数倍增和工作模式转移。最后,建立了电流型控制SIDO Buck变换器的仿真和实验电路,时域仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。Through describing the operating principle of current mode controlled single-inductor dual-output(SIDO) Buck converter, the three inductor current boundaries were obtained. Then, the discrete iterative map model of SIDO Buck converter was established. According to bifurcation diagrams and Lyapunov exponent, complex nonlinear dynamical behaviors of the converter were emphatically studied. In addition, the operation-state regions corresponding to circuit parameter regions were estimated by utilizing the parameter-space maps. The research results show that period-doubling bifurcation and bordering collision bifurcation exist in current-mode controlled SIDO Buck converter with varying circuit parameters. Moreover, different bifurcation routes including multi-period of operation cycles and operation-mode shift were produced when the operation trajectory meets with three inductor current boundaries. Finally, simulation and experiment of current mode controlled SIDO Buck converter was established. The results of simulation and experiment verified the theoretical analysis.
