摘  要:通过对液体树脂的粘度及固化性能、树脂浇注体的力学性能、热性能、电性能及阻燃性能测试研究了石墨粉添加量对环氧乙烯基酯树脂性能的影响。结果表明,石墨粉的加入对环氧乙烯基酯树脂有明显的增稠作用,对树脂的固化有明显的阻聚作用,延长了树脂的凝胶和固化,降低了树脂的固化度和放热峰,使得树脂浇注体的拉伸强度和弯曲强度强度降低,模量增加,对树脂的热变形温度基本没有影响。石墨粉的加入使得树脂的导电性能提高,当石墨的添加质量分数超过10%时树脂的电阻率降低较快,当石墨的质量分数达到15%~20%时树脂的表面电阻率降低到107~109Ω,石墨的加入使得树脂的阻燃性能降低。The effects of graphite powder adding amount on the properties of epoxy vinyl ester resin were studied by measuring the viscosity and curing properties of the liquid resin,the mechanical properties,thermal properties,electrical properties and flame retardancy of the resin castings. The results showed that the addition of graphite powder had obvious thickening effect on the epoxy vinyl ester resin,and obvious inhibition effect on the curing of the resin. The gelation and curing of the resin were prolonged. The curing degree and exotherm peak of the resin were decreased,so that the tensile strength and flexural strength of resin castings were decreased and the modulus was increased. The heat distortion temperature of the resin was not affected. When the graphite content exceeded 10 %,the resistivity of the resin was decreased rapidly. When the mass fraction of graphite reached 15 %-20 %,the surface resistivity of the resin was decreased to 107~109Ω. The flame retardancy of the resin was decreased by the addition of graphite.
