摘 要:以短切玻璃纤维作为增强材料制备了短切玻纤/低密度不饱和聚酯树脂制品。通过压缩强度测试和红外光谱分析研究了偶联剂KH-570对短切玻纤的改性效果。在确定短切玻纤的长度和线密度的基础上,以短切玻纤掺量、发泡剂掺量和成型温度3个变量为因素进行三因素五水平的正交实验,研究了短切玻纤/低密度不饱和聚酯树脂样品的最佳制备条件及力学性能。结果表明:E-短切玻纤的增强性能优于C-短切玻纤。当E-短切玻纤的用量为树脂质量的15%,发泡剂用量为树脂质量的2.0%,成型温度为117.5℃时,E-短切玻纤增强的低密度不饱和聚酯树脂样品的性能最佳,其表观密度为0.49 g/cm3,压缩强度为18.23 MPa,比压缩强度为37.16 MPa·g-1·cm3。样品的压缩强度优于未添加短切玻纤的低密度不饱和聚酯树脂样品。The chopped glass fiber/low density unsaturated polyester resin(CGF/LDUPR) materials were prepared using CGF as reinforcing materials. The modification effects of KH-570 on the CGF were studied by the compressive strength tests and FTIR spectra. Based on the determination of the length and linear density of CGF,the orthogonal experiments of three factors and five levels were carried out by using the three variables of CGF content,foaming agent content and molding temperature as factors to study the best preparation conditions and mechanical properties of the CGF/LDUPR. The results indicated that the enhancing effect of E-CGF was better than that of C-CGF. The CGF/LDUPR had the best properties as the conditons as followed:E-CGF content 15 wt%,foaming agent content 2.0 wt%(based on the mass of resin) and molding temperature 117.5℃. The apparent density,compressive strength and specific compressive strength was 0.49 g/cm3,18.23 MPa and 37.16 MPa·g-1·cm3,respectively. The compressive strength of CGF/LDUPR specimen was superior to that of LDUPR specimen without CGF.
