摘  要:采用动态力学分析,应力应变,吸酸率和力学性能测试以及扫描电镜(SEM)分析研究了液体聚硫橡胶、胺基丁腈橡胶(ATBN×16)增韧环氧胶粘剂的耐酸性能和拉伸性能。结果表明:丁腈橡胶增韧、脂环胺R300固化的环氧胶粘剂同时具有较好耐酸性能和拉伸性能,随着丁腈橡胶质量分数从0增加到50%,胶粘剂耐酸性能变化不大,而断裂伸长率从4.0%提高到20%。双酚A环氧树脂0164/ATBN×16/R300的质量配比为100/50/50的胶粘剂综合性能较好,2 mm厚样品在酸中浸泡(60℃,40%硫酸)1 d,吸酸率为0.8%,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率未变化,保持在28 MPa和20%左右。The acid resistance and tensile properties of liquid polysulfide rubber and amine-terminated butadiene acrylonitrile rubber(ATBN × 16)toughened epoxy adhesives were studied by dynamic mechanical analysis,tests of stress-strain,acid absorption rate and mechanical properties and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that the nitrile rubber toughened,alicyclic amine R300 cured epoxy adhesive had better acid resistance and tensile properties. With the increasing of the content of nitrile rubber from 0 to 50 %,the acid resistance of the adhesive changed little and the elongation at break was increased from 4.0 % to 20 %.The adhesive had the best overall properties when the mass ratio of bisphenol A epoxy resin 0164/ATBN × 16/R300 was 100/50/50. The acid absorption rate of samplse with 2 mm thickness soaked in acid(60 ℃,40 % sulfuric acid)for one day was 0.8 % and the tensile strength and elongation at break were unchanged and remained at 28 MPa and about 20 %,respectively.
