摘　　要：对近几年来具有良好力学性能、低热膨胀系数、低吸湿性及良好阻燃性的高性能含磷、含氮和含硅环氧树脂及多官能环氧树脂的制备和应用研究进展进行了综述。The preparation and application research progress in recent years of epoxy resins containing phosphorus,nitrogen or silicon and multifunctional epoxy resins with high performance such as good mechanical properties, low thermal expansion coefficient,low moisture absorption and good flame retardance were reviewed.
