摘　　要：大学生学业规划是学生高效完成学业的前提和关键所在,对于促进学生全面健康发展,提高我国高等教育人才培养质量具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文在探讨国内外有关学业规划与职业生涯规划理论研究的基础上,提出了高校大学生学业规划的一种新模式——"目标牵引式"学业规划,总结其在烟台大学的实践经验,以期为今后高校大学生进行科学合理的学业规划提供借鉴与思考。The student＇s planning for university study is essential in effective learning and the student＇s balanced and healthy growth, and for enhancing university education quality. This paper summarizes the study planning and the career planning in both China and overseas, and particularly the experience of Yantai University. On this basis, it puts forward target oriented study planning, a new model study planning for university students. It is found that the model is highly recognized and accepted by the teachers and students. We hope that this new model can provide inspiration for the scientific and rational study planning for university students in China.
