摘  要:以北京某大型市政污水处理厂为例,系统地分析了曝气沉砂工艺单元的运行效果及存在问题,并对该厂各单元积砂分布情况进行了分析。在此基础上,对曝气除砂系统进行了优化改造,通过更换新型旋流除砂器和改变系统气水比调节,测试了在不同工况下系统的出砂效果。试验结果表明,新除砂器出砂的含砂量较旧除砂器的出砂含砂量提高了72%,且对于粒径在0.2~1mm区间的细砂有较好的去除效果。通过气水比调节试验可以看出,系统的出砂量除了与砂水旋流器的效率有关,还与曝气沉砂池的气水比有很大关系,当气水比在0.09~0.11时,该系统出砂量有很大提升。In this paper, a large municipal wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Beijing was taken as an example to analyze the performance and problems of the aerated grit chamberunit, and to analyze the distribution of sand accumulation in different units of the plant. Based on the above analysis, the grit removal unit was reformed and optimized, through the replacement of new cy- clone desander and adjustment of the gas-water ratio. The performance of upgraded unit was then tested under different operational conditions. The results showed that the new cyclone desander in- creased the sand content in the sediment by 72 ~ compared with the original desander, and it had better performance in removing fine sand between 0.2~1 mm. Besides the efficiency of the cyclone desander,the amount of sand removal wasalso greatly related to the gas-water ratio. When the gas- water ratio was in the range of 0.09~0. 11, the sand removal was greatly improved. These results provideuseful information for the design and upgradation of WWTPs in future.
