摘　　要：从含油污水的收集、处理、排放各个环节入手,主要对厨房含油污水处理设备的计算选用、隔油机房布置进行了探讨,同时对影响隔油处理效果的食堂排水沟和地漏等的设计要点也进行了简单介绍。From the aspects of collection, treatment and discharge of oily wastewater, this pa- per discussed mainly the selection and calculation of kitchen oily wastewater treatment equipment and the layout of grease-separation engine room. The key design points of the gutters and floor drains which affect the efficiency of grease-separation were also briefly introduced.
