摘 要:犬肛周腺肿瘤(Hepatoid gland tumours)高发于未去势老年公犬,在雄性犬的肿瘤中发病率排名第三。本研究采用IlluminaHiSeq^(TM)2500高通量转录组RNA-seq测序技术对犬肛周腺肿瘤的组织和正常肛周腺组织分别进行测序。发现差异表达基因588个,其中上调基因23个,下调基因565个,差异极显著水平的基因94个。通过对GO基因功能聚类,发现生物过程类别基因37个、分子功能类别24个。KEGG分析发现有470个基因涉及信号通路262个。Perianal gland tumor ranks the top 3 among all types of canine tumor types in male dogs.This study employed the high-throughout sequencing technology to analyze the difference of gene expressions between perianal gland tumors and normal perianal gland tissue for the first time.The results showed that there were 588 different lially expressed genes between the tumors experimental group and the control group,including 23 up-regulated genes and 565 down-regulated genes,and the genes with significant difference were 94.Based on GO clustering analysis,the Biological Process cluster included 37 genes and the Molecular Function cluster included 24 genes.KEGG analysis found that 470 genes were involved in 262 signal pathways.
