水电站技改增容的调节保证设计

摘  要:调节保证设计对水电站技改增容的安全性与经济性具有重要意义。为了确保调节保证设计的基本资料、工况参数及计算成果等与工程实际相符,提出了调节保证设计的技术路线,明确了大波动、水力干扰、小波动及敏感性分析等数值计算分析的主要内容,并结合国内工程进行了计算分析与探讨,可供类似工程的调节保证设计参考。The design of regulation guarantee is very important in safety and economy for hydropower station rehabilitating and upgrading. In order to ensure the basic data, condition parameters and results of hydraulic transient calculation of the design of regulation guarantee being coincident with engineering actual situation, the technical route of the design of regulation guarantee is proposed and main contents of numerical calculations such as large fluctuation, hydraulic interference, small fluctuation and sensitivity analysis are defined. There are some analyses based on the results of numerical calculations of a domestic hydropower station, which can provide a reference for the design of regulation guarantee of similar engineering.
